Why Do Guys Never Want To Take You On Dates?

Modern woman in western world does not need a man in her life unlike previous generations of women. More ladies are becoming lesbians. Women are less likely to endure domestic violence at the hands of a female partner because women are not violent. Now we have gay marriage and that will lead to more lesbian marriages. A child is better off raised by two mums and 2 mums can adopt kids just like heterosexual couples. Having 2 mums and a male child will be less likely to become a violent man. It is the violent abusive father that beats his wife and his kids that makes young boys turn into violent adult males. A young boy is socially conditioned that violence is a means to an ends to get what he wants.
 
^^ And the male creature is having a hard time trying to figure this out, and or accepting it, even after 50 years of the female movement, maybe in another 150 or so he may of worked it out... but i am thinking he can't even create world peace, which effects women more than men.

What you are referring to the same generational issue and upbringing. what I am suggesting is this is/may no longer the case.

The same could also be said about what was once non existent - interracial or even same sex relationships. What a previous generational concern is now something MOST of modern society accepts.

Even still, I have no context or understanding of the relationship between the 60year old man and younger Asian woman at the Casino. Perhaps he still has a need for that stereotypical role, but also perhaps the Asian lady has always wanted that particular duty? To judge either of them on face value is difficult.

And don't worry, if the older lady had rocked up at the Casino with a young Asian toy boy in tow, I'd state my same conclusion in that as an outsider, it's none of my business and if they are happy, so be it

I’m surprised by some of the replies on here regarding the original post, seems that it’s ok to hire the services of a lady and engage with them online here but then to say to them how could they expect to have a relationship because of what they do for a living? seems hypocritical. Are we punters all single are we?

So sad & the cycle continues. unless therapy is undertaken & a new way of interacting & coping skills are learned. Then the cycle can be broken . 😄

I must say I definitely found my "One Day". At a time when I wasn't really looking, I was happy, doing well financially and most definitely did not want a relationship 😂🤣😂🤣

I was an absolute romantic when I was younger, two long term partners pretty much destroyed that. But my romantic side is re-emerging again which is a rather cool thing for me. Flowers and nice dates are looming again should I find the right lady.

I think as a man, or in my idea of a man, those "men" are trying to lead you down a garden path to their idea of a relationship.

I like to think I go the extra step, but who's a good judge of themselves?
Came out of a 9 year relationship early this year and would personally love to spoil a lady to a date even if I'm poor right now lol, we goin dog park with my boy Caesar and a bottle of wine....

Pure ideology. Are women always pure and sweet and are all men violent?

Have you bothered to ask the kids of separation/divorce about that?
I have (not my kids but the kids of others), and they want their dad as well as their mum.

Difficult, I know, particularly if the dads have not done the right thing by their wives/partners/GFs.

But I admire those mothers that help the needs of their kids to keep in contact with their dads, despite the challenges.

Their kids will win in the long run.

Watch the evening news, how many women are in court rooms? how many women do you see in hand cuffs? how many women commit crime..

It's based on my knowledge on what my daughter's kids want. Even though her ex husband was far from perfect her kids still love their dad, who has been not a bad father, but was a far from perfect husband (he's not violent to her or the kids). The kids are young and still love their dad so my daughter respects that fact and doesn't undermine that love. I respect and admire her because she puts the kids welfare first.

I am so sorry that you experienced abuse as a child. I can't think of anything worse than for a child to be abused by people charged with their care. But it's not only a male perpetrator thing (and I have loads of personal experience where I know females who have been abusive to kids rather than males). There are studies that show this, including mothers that kill their kids (fortunately it's not common). But it's not true to say that female-only parents are never abusive.
 
I think a lack or interest, affection and time spent a man and women shown to each other leads to less love. Too many conditions coming with love. Theres plenty of persons to care for another.

Dating has been difficult in Australia for a very long time as a direct result of being an unsafe country for women to live. Australia has a small population but compared to other places in the world it has a high crime rate. The nightly news has countless stories of random attacks on women and most crimes are carried out by men. Australia has one of the highest rates of drug consumption in the world. Drugs and violence go hand in hand. More drugs a man takes, the more violent he becomes.

Modern women are now in an endless state of fear of what could happen and having access to lots of content online makes them more fearful and more cautious with interactions with strangers. A strange man could be: a rapist, a child molester or a serial killer and he must prove he is not a threat. Random attacks are carried out all the time in Australia. Australia is a less safe for a woman to live than almost every other country in the world.
 
Having followed this thread from the beginning how many of these comments actually answer the original question? Everyone is covering every other topic under sun instead!
