Ideal for me is firm naturals (duh), but failing that, soft naturals is generally preferable to obvious fakes. The worst are the ones where they're inflated a couple of cup sizes too big. :wtf:

That said, I have had the pleasure of playing with a couple of sets of enhanced models which were so subtle that I didn't realise it until I got up close and noticed the faint scars underneath. So I suppose if you're a D to begin with and you're not increasing the size so much as the firmness, and you get it done by a quality surgeon (not in some Bangkok back alley), that may work.

In the end, you should do what pleases you, not what a bunch of lecherous punters think.
 
I definitely prefer natural any size over enhanced but if the lady feels more confident having it done or for lift as you said the it could be ok if it's done well. I used to see a lady who had it done at a specialised hospital in Thailand and the job they did was amazing. They when in though the nipples apparently so there was no scar and they felt really natural. She said the first week though, the pain was excruciating and the swelling made them look horrible. She was terrified it had been botched however as the doctor explained, that soon subsided and she was left with the best boob job Id ever seen.

What is best seems to depend ....

First if you're looking for a PSE fake are best but GFE go for natural!

Second it's a stage of life thing. The firm natural breasts of a young W/L are unbeatable but there comes a time when the effects of gravity or breast feeding take over and an augmentation is definately an improvement. I've been fortunate to know 2 Asian ladies pre and post augmentation and in both cases the new look was wonderful!

The smaller the better for me. If one can fit in my mouth, then I'm a happy man. Yes, I've been told I have a big mouth (not sure if that was a compliment ),
 
Augmentation doesn't need to be big it can be any desired size. If increase in size isn't desired it can be done just to restore firmness and shape to the original condition.

Most ladies do have their breasts enlarged somewhat when they have this procedure but it isn't necessary.

For me I don't restrict myself to big medium or small. I love them all!

But I've met some even quite young ladies who are beautiful facially and body wise but their breasts have become saggy empty bags from breast feeding. They are usually very self conscious about them and that's a real pity.

Personally i prefer natural B to C cups depending on height and size of the girl. I like a girl to be evenly proportioned. Anything more than a handful goes to waste I always say.

I might be treading on dangerous territory and it's just a thought so please do not take offense or flame me.
Alexis Lily as you naturally gifted with Ds..wouldn't a small [gasp] breast reduction give a similar lift as opposed to stacking on more? So you can stay au natural ....:)

I far prefer natural, but have seen (and handled), some nice fake.

However I have also seen and handled some fake boobs that felt like they were set in concrete !

There are two issues :

One : they should be what YOU like/desire, not what punters (who come and go, and at most stay for an hour - unlike you who will have to live with them for many years, if not the rest of your life !), want.

And two : you should consider if having your boobs enhanced will mean that you lose all feeling in them. I love to see a ladies' boobs become aroused during foreplay - it really turns me on to know that she is turned on (or cold !). I assume that ladies also enjoy feeling them handled and aroused. Will you lose all that ?

Just my thoughts.

These days the superior gels that are used leave a completely natural feel not the rock hard feel of bygone days.
As far as sensitivity is concerned, I've had two long term relationships with Asian ladies (not as a customer) and I assure you neither lady lost any sensitivity in their breasts or nipples.
I agree that if a lady decided to do it it must be right for her!
