2012 ....2012 !!!!! u really were showing ur age by mentioning that burger place on mounts bay rd near the lodge....sorry to disappoint ya but its bin gawn years n years ago now so where u hang out now for a bugger i like PETERS BY THE SEA but its bit awkward gitting dere now withh the renos on scarb beach
FLIPSIDE ....do a great burger...favorite is the one with blue cheese.

New discovery for North (along way North) side dwellers;
Moments Cafe in Joondalup does awesome burgers and just about anything else there is pretty good too, including the friendly and cheerful staff. Some of those toffee-nosed restaurant waiters could learn something from the young people working there.

The burgers I've tried in India are delicious, I had a vegie one for tea. The are little bite size ones with soft buns...yummy

It is next to the Caltex on Armadale road.
Though, if I want a brisket burger, Porkies in either Bayswater or Gosnells is pretty good.

Okay, so this is not a burger, but a charcoal BBQ meat sandwich. Every Saturday from 11am to 2pm, Churras Brazilian Butchers (265 Walcott St, North Perth) does charcoal BBQ out the back. They do rump steak on the big skewers, but also sausages and sometimes beef rib, chicken, pork.
Anyway, choose any combination of meat you want, they chop it up, add mayo and tomato/onion salsa and serve it in a soft bread roll or a burger bun. Additional sauces are provided. Easily one of the best sandwiches in town, and only a tenner. ($10)
