So what actually happens if you don't get enough likes? Or is your performance review coming up and just want another arrow in your quiver?

I don't particularly like indicating a 'like' on a post that I don't really like that much but I can spare a few 'like' for Linda, however when Linda posts something that I really do like then people won't know that I truly like that post and that makes the whole idea of 'like' meaningless.
