Dead right, it's hard to know what will be around when the bans are lifted! I've added it in for now and if it needs to come out later that's easy enough to do.

Massage parlour owner fined $5000 under Public Health Act

NSW Police say a Sydney massage parlour owner has been issued with a $5,000 fine for still operating despite the new amendments to the Public Health Act in NSW.

Three female staff members were also issued with three $1000 fines.

The massage parlour on Sussex St was identified as still operating, contrary to the public health order in place.

On Tuesday, Prime Minister Scott Morrison added massage parlours to the list of venues prohibited to operate.

In a separate incident, a 65-year-old woman who recently returned to Sydney from Bali was issued with a fine for leaving her home during the 14-day quarantine period.

After receiving information that the woman had contravened the order, officers from Lake Macquarie Police District attended her home about midday on Monday and issued her with a warning for breaching the order.

Police received further information that the woman had left her home during the morning today. Officers returned to the woman’s home this afternoon and issued her with a $1000 fine.

A lot wont agree with what I am about to say , but here is my thoughts. In my opinion , any working lady who continues working from home should be frowned upon and called out. There are good people in the industry providing a good service , but because they are out in the open , operating a legitimate business and have now had to shut down , along with every other business that has had to do this, in a wide range of services are in a bad situation. So I am sorry , and this is typical with a lot of these W/L providing services , this is all a big game and they treat us and our country as nothing but a big cash earner and they really dont give a toss about ethics , respect for customers, the safety of our nation and the consequences. The message is loud and clear as to what is required in this current situation, whether it is at the local bunnings store , supermarket or massage shop in a shopping centre. There is a very good reason why the rules are in place. I am aware of one massage shop which is still operating today but the open signs are not out on display , but trust me , she is still operating. I can openly say , I have made the call because this is just blatant disregard for the processes and the safety of our people, it is not all about the money , it is at the moment about the safety of our nation and our people , men , women and children. To every member of this forum , dont put your personal needs ahead of the safety of our people . Whether this lasts for one month or one year , by supporting these businesses to the detriment of our nation and our people then you are no better then the businesses and private ladies who are disregarding the rules.
I can with hand on heart say, if I become aware of a private working lady still operating , I am sorry I will call it out to the appropriate authorities .It is wrong and places people in danger. It is one rule and it is for every one , not those that think they can continue to do whatever they like to satisfy their own agendas. I know will probably get smashed on the forum , but it really doesn't faze me. I think I can say with confidence that the great lady MAK would not be bending any rules just to keep her business going but will look for safer alternatives. Do the right thing members , keep our nation safe. Amen.

It's quite simple, just don' go there. I have had a few messages from privates I visit this week.
Told them them they are not supposed to be open, were quite shocked. Some of these probably genuinly would have seen or understood the news.
Men out there will continue to visit though which is why this virus will be hard to contain. MAK said she hopes it reduces competition. I hope it weeds out all the dodgy houses and AMPs that have so regard for the women working there and the conditions they work in.
Never been my thing to go to these places, only private operators trying to make a living.

Hi Phoebe, please don’t tarnish all us english men with the same brush. Some of us are pretty decent even when drunk........ I have spent many and afternoon in the bars around Europe getting drunk whilst watching my fellow countrymen making fools of themselves.
I’m not sure who you are as I blissfully frequent the forum for guidance on where to go and who to see. If you are working in the industry when all This covid bollocks blows over I’d love to visit and see if I can prove not all English are dicks......
