No hard and fast rule for all situations. What's good advertising for one WL is different for another, how client's read some ads as appealing, will not be so for others.

I think what you need to realise is that they are available 24 x 7 for appointments not to drop everything and take you on... I think it is unreasonable to think they would be there at themoment you decide... do you do your job like that,?

The thing with private is alot of enquiries are not pre bookings. So it's alot easier to get ready and put ads up as available consistently, as my texts were always wanting a service asap, not with much notice at all.

Sorry my point was the ones who have available now on their profiles all the time not the ones that show availability all the time on their profiles. I understand they can be available at anytime and take bookings.

The reason I have Heidi as an example is she is always marked as available now and her profile always seems to be at the top of both websites I use there are a few others like it but she appears to never take a break and that does put me off.
