Alright gents. It seems like I am becoming an old man.

Somehow, I've done something to my back a few days ago. Any sort of angle on one side and its a lot of pain. Any one have any suggestions for really quality back massage? Don't care for extras as long as she can fix me. Never gonna say no though haha.

Sexbomb .. I would like you to seriously consider BOWEN therapy. It is a recognised soft tissue treatment and those that have trained to do it have not spent months and months of their study years learning how to make money via a successful business ( as the other 'professions mentioned here already do .. yes, I do know its a fact) and if Bowen doesn't help you within say 3 sessions , I'll be might surprised.
In the meantime , definitely DO treat i yourself with local ice packs . 5mins on , 10mins off , 5mins on , repeat .. 2 or 5 times a day. That will reduce swelling and inflammation.
You will NOT be offered any xtras by a Bowen Therapist .. haha

Thanks gents for all the advice. I got a remedial. It helped somewhat. Not completely fixed up yet but we will see more about chiro, physio etc soon..
