WL Ghosting

The golden rule in the industry is not to develop feelings for your WL.
But has anyone been ghosted by a lady they had been seeing for a long time and had come to regard as a friend? Professional girlfriend, if you like.

I've had it happen and with the flimsiest of excuses. Family issues, sudden medical issues, moving to the country.....etc etc.

Is it that she's done with you or is your time up?

I’m sure you already have asked. But ask her directly to be honest and tell you why the change in communication?
The above post may be onto something also.
She may also have found someone else and would rather deal with it this way rather than potentially upsetting you.

Many WLs are only in it for a short time for various reasons to make money. Often when they achieve their objectives the easiest way to exit the industry is to leave it in the past by severing all ties with shops, clients and wl friends. It's not personal and can be emotionally difficult for them too.
