Why do you punt?

We all have different reasons to punt. My question is what motivates us to chase 60 minutes (or whatever minutes) of pleasure?
Is it:
A lack of sex in a committed relationship
A desire for more than our partner wants to explore
The high of a new sexual partner (variety)
Kinks we have that we don't share with others but want to explore with anonymity
Loneliness
Addiction
Validation
Too busy to form a relationship so punting works
Anxiety about performance
NSA

Please feel free to ad more that I haven't included. For me I think I could have ticked a number of the above at some stage in my life. What about you?
