So i love walking up hills/mountains anything with an incline, for my birthday im planning to to the Mt Kosciusko track, which is mainland Australia's highest mountain, at 2,228 meters above sea level. Until i get the chance to do it here are some posts of my other adventures around Canberra... If y'all have any recommendations or hikes you have done yourself i would love to hear about it :)

Mt Taylor

Mount Taylor is a prominent hill with an elevation of 856 meters that is located between the Woden Valley, Weston Creek district and Tuggeranong Valley, in Canberra, within the Australian Capital Territory, Australia.

i do this walk 4-5 times a week, there is different sides you can go up ranging from a nice incline to a bit steeper if you decide to go straightup the middle.

AAAHHHH So the hill walks have been put on hold because one of my greatest fears finally came true, i was walking up a hill i hadn't done before, it was mid morning , the sun was shining, i was on a dirt track and then ........ i herd a noise ....... i stopped, looked, i didnt see anything so i took a couple more steps ....... then hello .... a big brown snake came slithering out about 2-3 meters in front of me.;..... i freaked out and all sense went out the window... i turned around and ran and now im too scared to walk up hills.
Snakes are out and about early this year in Canberra so take care while your out and about.
