The best fruit is fresh.
I picked these out of my vege patch the other day. Absolutely delicious 😋

And yes I know the squash isn't fruit.

I grow many of my own fruit and vege including zuchinni, butternut and QLD Blue pumpkin, strawberries, cucumon, turmeric, ginger, gooseberries, dragonfruit, chocolates pudding, custard apple, mulberries, guava, Arabica Coffee (even though I don't drink coffee), vanilla bean, air potatoes, passionfruit, tomatoes, cucumbers, peas and a few more other yummies too.
Fresh is 100% best.

So... weight loss is about calories in vs calories out. Fruit is generally fairly high in calories, and none more so than avocados... this article is a little bit on the woo woo side.
