Surcharges becoming illigal

Anybody know whats gonna happen with the surchages in october? Surely the cost will be added to the rate but how much because the shops put around the 10% mark. How else will they try cheat the punters next

The ridiculous thing is for all the people that complained about surcharges its the banks that get the surcharge not the business. Except where u were charging above the merchant fee which was illegal anyway. Of course prices will increase and by more than what the surcharge was...
