I am working on the recovery and I am sorry to say to all the brace admirers that I got rid of the black thing finally. :D
I am nearly able to bend my knee all way again but only carefully and with time.
I do have the next doc appointment next week to see how the recovery goes.

OMG.....DD is going on an amazing trip.......imagine a school reunion after 40 years!!!!!!!!!!! how exciting ;) DD I wonder if you will recognise one single person and if they will recognise you. 40 years is a long time (can't believe the 40 years.........you don't look old enough honey........honestly)
However I am sure you will have an awesome time.

Scheduled for the 17th August fly in 2310 can't wait miss it so much But Im only their for a week cause canberra has me for 2weeks & my sister in kow got me for a whole week! But all is go go GO care giving for my father in Aotearoa land of the long white cloud aka NZ lol.

I guess I worry what my old childhood friends would think of me....
In school I was quite popular, a school Captain,
a comedian, hopeless in sports (except badminton), great in art & literature, great in school concerts...
Just would wonder what became of me?

I love my life but I grew up in Asia where their ideas of success is mostly MONEY $$$ & BIG NAME JOBS....
I feel fulfilled in my life, have heath & am surrounded by family and friends...I know I am blessed....
just wonder if that will come across ...:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:
