I think it is ok to to be up front and say you are not interested, but might be awkward few moments and a bit tricky if you are starkers on the table
 
No is shorter than so its easier to say, and understand .
Don't be shy.
DON'T be rude.
If goods on the shelf dont match the ad, no issue.
I've walked away on many old boilers .. no regrets at all
And if the actual massage aint up to it , call it .. as it is .. politely.
