No is shorter than so its easier to say, and understand .
Don't be shy.
DON'T be rude.
If goods on the shelf dont match the ad, no issue.
I've walked away on many old boilers .. no regrets at all
And if the actual massage aint up to it , call it .. as it is .. politely.
