They seem to be two separate businesses. Swan Lounge is the one I go to. Reception downstairs accessed via the alleyway (you can see the new train station from there) and the rooms are upstairs. All the rooms have a shower and generally it's a better setup than might be expected for downtown Midland.
 
I spent time with Amy on Friday night there. Agree that it was a pretty mediocre service, but I found her to be quite friendly, which is quite important for me. So all-in-all had a good root 😊👍🏼
