I know that women are unfortunately assaulted in all countries but when I read something like this it makes my blood boil.

The vast majority of rape victims in India do not report it and this is why:

Totally agree. India, like a number of countries struggles with this. Truly horrible and not the first report of similar horrors there occurring this year either.
