Whilom,

When creating a post or replying to a post/thread, scroll down from the text (in which you are typing your message) and you'll see some "options".

Click on the "manage attachment" box in the Attach Files option, see a copy below.

The follow the instructions in the pop up box.

As a hint, always do a "Preview Post" (its the box right next to the "Submit Reply") so as to confirm that the attachment was uploaded correctly.
