hi here from India. I am trying to shed a few kilos and @Mrs Langtrees is giving me superb ideas, only healthy food to eat and exercise lessons sometimes. Ca you guys suggest a few foods that will keep me full and also not add up to my kilo count every day?

No thick shakes, milk shakes, lattes
No eating after 6pm at night
No snacking between meals
No Banana's or banana bread
No soft drink
No Energy Drinks

ok so saying no snacking between meals is to be done. no eating after 6 pm yet to achieve rest all assured...
 
No protein for dinner, only for breakfast and lunch.
Eat nothing after 6pm at night.
No caffeine.

I am not advocating this.. but google the Victoria's secret diet.. and well there you are. BUT maintain healthy eating.

working nights without caffeine is like hell.. i cannot go without coffee even during day shifts.
 
Try 7 day water fast, drink only water and no food for 7 days or
Try 7 days on Protein shakes for breakfast, lunch and dinner and only drink water for hydration or
Try sticking to 1200 calories per day for 7 days.
