Hello guys today i found curry instant powder in kitchen shelf, so this is it simple eggs curry i made 
Ingredients :
Eggs
Veggies
Garlic (minced)
Onion (Diced)
Instant Curry Powder
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper for taste
Cooking Time :
Heat olive oil in a saucepan, add onion cook till soft and translucent then add garlic till smell nice. After that add curry powder mixed well. Put little bit of water into it, cook it for about 2 minutes. Add some veggies you have or skip if you just want only eggs (your choices) stir fry a bit and add more water (as you need) for gravy. Keep the lid off with medium heat until veggies cook well. The dish is ready to serve.
