Sometimes its nice to come to work and hear other's not whinging.sometimes you just dont want to hear it.
how do you deal?
 
No one likes untruths being told about them or attributed to them.
But if someone is being honest about you and you don't like it....that is not bitching about you...
That is just someone telling it the way it is.
 
Believe none of what you hear and only half of what you see..............someone I look up too taught me that philosophy. X

What if......a philosophy or an etiquette was exercised where one is aware of what damage words can make.

I myself work hard to think long and hard before speaking of others as the effects can be uncontrolled once put out there.

Plus......show me how one can be honest about untruths?
 
Yes, the power of words........but let's not forget it takes two to tango........one who talks and one who takes it on board. If we all would not listen to gossip gossip would outlive itself ;)
 
If I hear ladies gossiping or bitching about an other lady I will always keep quiet, I'm the type of person who will confront the other person if I have a problem with them or have an issue to address. I enjoy working in a positive environment, there is plenty of things to talk about rather than horrible bitching! :)
