We don't bitch...we just stand around during morning tea, scratching our balls and talk about the soccer match or footy match. Then we label the non-productive piggies among us.

Old saying is that any promotions is good promotions. The necessity to have anyone needing to talk about you behind your back is excellent advertising for you ability to tweek someones nose. :)

For example.. the transport industry, it's the done thing people bitching about their co-driver to other people etc...in the old days those problems got sorted out in a parking bay. Sad but true ,people sometimes go the extreme"s to make them selfs look better and bring other people down
 
I hate bad atmospheres especially in the work place. So pointless! Its always best to address a problem directly with the person you have an issue with and you may be surprised by the outcome! x

Yes...if all the people who think they had a problem had the balls, integrity, and maturity came to me directly.....things will be a lot different.
