your biggest concern will be cold sores as they are a form of herpies that can, when they come into contact with genitals, transfer accross and give you genital herpies. The answer to this question depends on who you ask.

The STD Nazis will produce long lists of things catch-able this way (although extremely minimal.) I think it totally depends on each individuals personal hygiene. The real risky things like hepatitis, HIV, etc, need actual blood to blood contact to be spread, so be on the lookout for bleeding gums, cuts on, in or near the mouth, etc. There are also mouth-washes and other products that can be used to keep the mouth germ-free for short periods of time. But as I said, depends who you ask. :wave:

adhere to strict hygiene standards with anti-bacterial mouthwashes and anti-bacterial/anti-viral washes for the dick.

Daily flossing solves the problem of bleeding gums.

My problem is I had no sign of cold sores right until the next day I wake up to this painful pimple On my lip 😭😭 Soo legit I think that night I done 2 Fullservice and I was like FUCK YOU whoever it was. That was my first cold sore aswell 😭😭😭
 
bbj is certainly riskier than cbj. I suppose the issue is how much riskier and is it worth taking that additional risk for the additional pleasure? That calculus will vary across individuals.
