well considering when we go to the toilet we have to wipe ourselves from front to back so as not to spread bacteria, I find that a little unhealthy. Correct me if I am wrong but that is my belief.

How do you combat that?

That's an extremely risky practise, and I have a 4" scar on my neck to prove it.

Bacteria that live in the gut and intestine are there for a purpose - however, when they lodge somewhere they don't belong it can be fatal, as it would have been in my case had an emergency tracheostomy not been performed, and even then I was in a coma for 10 days on life-support.

Whilst my illness came from the practise of rimming, and anal/vaginal sex without changing the condom between 'entrances' poses less of a risk, it is still a risk. There is no way you can lessen that risk - being 'clean' has nothing to do with the bacteria we naturally carry in our intestinal tract.

the things ive learned from anal sex & question

Here are some rules I've discovered in my brief forray into anal sex.

1. Curry the night before is a distinct no no. If it burns when it comes out your anal passage may be feeling a little to delicate for anal sex.

2. Do not use flavoured lube. We used flavoured lube simply because it was what we had lying around. I find it tends to be less thick and more watery. I find the thickness is important to protect your bits. Plus something in the lube sting. It was ansell strawberry (It tastes bad too btw but the smell is kinda nice).

3. Its all about control. If you're not comfortable for gods sake dont let him take control. In my experience men dont have the best sense of feeling how far in they are when they're all turned on and in the pleasure zone.

Anyway this is what I've learned. Also I was quite suprised at the advantages. In this I mean that I tend to be quite regular for a couple of days afterward. Kinda like a mini colonic purge.
