Yes defiantly all of the above works for me & sticking to a routine every day otherwise i find everything just goes haywire & i get nothing done including any form of exercise. 🏃‍♂️ 🏋️‍♀️ 🤼‍♀️ 💜

Yes I have started training about 2 months ago and sins then I eat rite and drink lot off water and start gyming again feel much healthier and have more energy.
