Anyone tried or know of any natural vitamins or mineral supplements that actually do boost testosterone and not just marketing gimmick. Think I got a draw full of half empty bottle vitamins. Found ZMA was quite good, but gave weird dreams. Anyone tried Tongkat Ali?

Anyone get these? I was thinking of getting my testosterone levels tested and see if I can boost my levels. My erections aren't what they use to and thought this may help. ?
