Yuki returns!

Yep, its the crossways centre Subi, but you need to call the shop to find out when Yuki is rostered -dont believe the one they post on Locanto.
 
I saw the ad also and wondered about some of the names and which shops they're from.
But then saw the 3 pages of Ads of wong63, listing A-me, Shandong, Cockburn, plus massage shops in pretty much every state. A huge empire.
 
Wow, will have to visit. Be good to get descriptions of all the girls. 😍

I dont know about SueAnne but the owner of the original Yuki's (three incarnations along Hampden Road) is a part owner. She's also connected with New U. Nice rooms with shower (not inside the room). Upstairs next to the Amarin Thai.

Made me wonder whether Healing Massage there would continue or building get redeveloped to fit up.

And with this Yuki's, is access very discrete. I recall walking through a busy lunchtime food court with a staircase to get to the upstairs shops, but never actually looked too closely.
 
Business must be booming for them to have new amps popping up still. I don't think we've ever heard any close down? Only taken over.

I worked in Subi area.
More like cheaper/free 3months rent subsidies.

Plenty office, business & retails closing/relocate due to greedy landlord and inept council + ex council mayor lol

Yes better for me (YMMV)

Can also use the (barely used) little spiral staircase on Bagot street about 10 m from Rokeby road. Shop is only about 4 m away from top of staircase and not much foot traffic there.
