I don’t think you are unicorn chasing. In fact I’m surprised you can’t find your described ladies. I see them and partake

Besides Fiona, trust me I have walked out from most of the establishments one of the main reasons why I would rather see a non Asian working lady but even then there’s that itch I wanna scratch.
 
I can only speak for the pre-covid times as I've been out of the game since then.
