Mutual respect and clear boundaries are everything. Paying for someone's time doesn't mean buying the right to control them, it's just common sense and basic human decency. I'm a little confused. This is in regard to requesting unpaid for/unagreed for extra's? No means no but if they refused sex I would ask for my money back and be on my merry way. If I didn't get my money back, nothing I can do. Police would just refer to a scam awareness website and or say it's civil case. So if I paid to see a sex worker and she refused why wouldn't I get my money back? Why would a sex worker accept payment then refuse intercourse? I'm a little puzzled. She is saying no to what exactly?

If something was agreed to and then consent is withdrawn, definately a refund is in order.

If its an extra that wasn't agreed to (say for example you want anal but she never agreed to it) then of course the punter needs to respect that.

What irks me is when you read an ad, and it says she does certain acts, but then you arrive and she says she doesnt. I think clear communication of boundaries all the way from the intial ad, through to booking and the session, needs to be crystal clear and not deceptive or designed to suck people in and rip them off.
