I have a colleague who owns an apartment, lives and works in the CBD as a lifestyle. He was saying something like 30% of city apartments are unsold and 50% of the owned apartments are just empty and unused. Lots of investors are therefore renting out to short term occupiers at super good rates. I've been to Swanbourne WA quite a few times and Maslins in SA when I was younger. I tend to take all my clothes off no matter what beach I'm at if no one is around :) Well maybe not here in Darwin without someone on watch,things will come out of the water at lightning speed and eat you,,and not in a good way ;)

Sadly, all nude beaches have those kind of weirdo's show up from time to time. I've noticed that the more females or couples there are, the more the weirdo's stay away, but when the percentage of males gets high, then all kinds of weird things start happening.

Have fun Tom, also here's a tip about the beach, when you first arrive there after the climb across the rocks, the first part of the beach has the only sandy area where swimming is easily accessible so lots of couples and families usually set up there. Way down the other end is known as the gay end so usually there's just guys there. Also, arrive early so you can get a park or else you'll have to park further up the hill on the entrance road.

Hey all! Had a great day at sunnyside beach yesterday...arrived around 3pm and the weather was perfect and water not too cold. The beach was quite busy and there was a mixed crowd...all shapes, colors and sizes! Luckily no wierdos! My friend and I had a great experience, both being nude beach virgins, and would def go again! I did have to park on the hill but it wasn't too far a stroll.

Great to hear you had a good time Tom, when the crowd is the right mix there, it's a nice atmosphere. What did you think about the walk across the rocks? When the tide is out a small path appears but when the tide comes in, you have to either climb over them or there is a track up along the hill line but that requires some climbing too.
 
To be honest, when we first got there we thought we were at the wrong beach or we had turned up on the wrong day! Cos everyone there was clothed haha. I have started being on the Punt fo the last three months in Melbourne in the SE Suburbs.
