i started going to sunnyside this year with someone that invited me.
do you like going nude ever?
is it legal to go nude in the backyard?
i did to prepare for the beach :cool:
 
I prefer my nudity to be behind closed doors.

I've been to the dog beach but only the nude beach by accident.
 
When I saw a few bathers with no top on I knew I had erred. Same with the dog beach when I realized there was more dogs than usual.
 
Too much political intervention out there. Whilst you can certainly wear the see-through wicked weasels - ironically once the tops are off then the men in blues will be all over the place.
 
Thank you, I now know what a wicked weasel is.

Unfortunately the Constabulary can be quick to judge.

in the backyard or at regular beach? :oops:
i had a crush on my neighbour when i was younger and he saw me taking off my bikini so i do not see the problem if only your neighbour sees. and if your neighbour says "i have the right to tell you to not be nude" then you can agree "ok i obide by the amendment" etc. but definitely should not be allowed in the front yard cos thats seen by the public/street.
 
The laws for nudity have never been my strong point... and I like to obey the law.
 
Nothing wrong with nudity in my humble opinion so long as it is in an appropriate setting like a nude beach or on private property.

As regards the general beach scene I have noticed a distinct lack of topless girls around Perth and this is a pity. My understanding of the law is that under Council by-laws it is forbidden but enforcement is left to the beach inspectors. They can ask a lady to cover up but they have no statutory power so if she refuses they must contact the Police who can arrest her. In other words, the Police will only act if a complaint is made.

Of course, if a man dropped his tweeds on the beach that would probably cause a lot more fuss.
 
My backyard directly backs onto a local park, and we don't have an enclosed fence...so there is no nudity in my backyard... When I had a property where I could be nude I loved it... But i would not feel comfortable going to the nude beach...I'm far to reserved and self conscious :)

and easy to just do up your bikini before the policeman arrives.
 
Hi maxbarn, welcome to the forum. Maybe starting a thread over at the VIC & Melbourne section may help?

From what I've been told (by many ladies) the system/politics there is wildly different. Besides from everyone having their "compulsory" registration done, apparently it is illegal to host incall services if you wish go private. That only leaves outcalls as the only means of operating.

Establishments wise, not so experienced in that area myself. Hopefully and surely some folks would be able to chime more on that.
 
I go Swanbourne Beach almost every week. But i don't go on weekends because there are too many weird people try to talk.-))) I look after myself and not shy being naked in front of other people.

sometimes at our beach guys were reported for hiding behinds bushes and doing acts but i heard they were clothed guys. nudists are good i think.

I have just visited Swanbourne a couple of times on a friends recommendation, yes like you say, weirdo's on the weekend, but during the week there's not many about although there seems to be nearly all male couples so I walk up a bit further away from everyone. I went this morning and it was almost deserted and there was a model doing a photo shoot with two photographers.
 
i wonder what the rules are because at a regular beach my bf has cuddled me on his lap and nobody says anything even though he burst in his shorts. but lets just say if that happened a nude beach he would burst without shorts on. but its still just a cuddle :)

Good question Polly, I think basically any kind of sexual contact in public that is illegal also applies to nude bathing beaches too although rubbing sunsreen on each other is fairly common although I wouldn't recommend that for you and your bf as from what you've told me he'd be contributing his own sunscreen in your direction :P and that would be against the rules!
So I think male orgasms of any kind would be against the rules although you could have one as long as you didn't make it obvious and it was hands-free! :)
