Sex workers should be paying taxes, making tax declarations and registered just like any other business operation in Australia.

There are some extremely dodgy illegal sex operations going on through out Australia. Some women have been tricked, coerced and exploited in the sex industry.

I would argue, Brawler, that a contract with a sex worker is a contract for the provision of services, not a contract for the sale of goods, so if her SERVICES were not as advertised, then you have a right to ask for your money back. That is how I see it, people are not products.

A good place is Bourchiers Rd Warrandyte.
There is a car park at the end of the road.
Then walk down the hill and to the right.
There is a small gate / gap inthe fence thing to go through.
And then walk along the track for about 200m
There is a nice sunny spot on the left where nude people often go, or keep going another 200m or so and there is a more shady spot for when it's rotten hot in the sun :)
It seems to be more guys than girls but on a nice day there are usually a few girls too.

I see it differently. The appearance of the lady is a huge part of the service and if they are full of shit you are well within your rights to be unhappy.

But the truth is you cant expect the Office of Fair Trading to come in and stand up for your rights...let not forget the scenario here. You have to have the balls yourself to make a stand but that is hard to do at your own front door as you cant "walk away". In my experience if you are paying less than $200 with a private girl the description of the goods never matches the goods provided.

I saw a lady in Maylands who advertised "Georgeous 20yo, sexy size 5 Japanese great service". Upon arrival it was clear she was not 20 (more like 30), not georgeous, not size 5, not Japanese and shit service. The only thing that was accurate was her phone number. The stupid thing is I gave her one anyway but she knows if she gave a truthful description no-one would show up.

I learn from my mistakes so now I have the wallet in my jocks and when I get to the door if I dont like the girl I pat my pocket, say oops left the wallet in the car I will just go and get it and piss off quick smart. She started the lies so I will continue. I am too nice to tell her to get stuffed as many of these girls are damaged goods to start with.

Just dont get a new girl to your house...unless you like suprises.

I have walked away on a number of occasions both with Asian and Australian girls.

I just politely say "Sorry you are not my type" and walk away.
