The atmosphere inside a brothel usually depends on the ladies working that night.

If the ladies are sexy then the mood will be positive and everyone will be happy in the end! haha
 
I would agree with Fudd in that a atmosphere where you feel comfortable
is important
I would say if you had the exact compliment of ladies in different establishments
the type of punter you got would depend on that very first impression.

You only have to look at a business like Sarahs in East Perth(Is it still going?) compared to Langtrees One is a dirty rundown fibro house that just looks dodgy To a modern clubhouse like feel.
And I would guess the girls would feel safer and therefore more comfortable in a safe and hopefully friendly club And that is conveyed to the punters who also like a safe and especially friendly atmosphere
 
discretion is very important, if you can park off the street and drive in and out without local onlookers then that's great. also its nice if inside is not too clinical but also not too casual, if that makes sense. you don't want to see other punters or girls that act uninterested; but i don't like to find a 'line-up' either. it seems rude to reject several people by picking just one like that. kinda like it's too business-like.
good lighting, suitable music, maybe a drink for the nerves, and the feeling you are the only guy there = nice in my book.
 
Yes, as in personal meetings the first impression is vital.

The Svengali checklist reads pretty much in this order:

Location -
Can I park close by and enter unobtrusively? - Ticks for Langtrees, City West, Club 316. Casey's ,. Cross for Mackenzies (Carpark on Gt Eastern Highway):eek: La Cherie - opposite McIver station.

Reception:
Friendly business-like receptionist and for the love of Allah don't call me "Darl". Generally pretty good everywhere except La Cherie (if they still have that crop-haired horror behind the desk.)

Lounge and meeting:
The lounge/ meeting area has gotta be clean and welcoming, preferably with the ladies in a lounge setting but a one on one meet and greet is also o.k. I would run a mile from a lineup but haven't seen that anywhere for years.
Ticks for Langtrees, Mackenzies, La Cherie, Casey's, Crosses for 316 - they just don't handle this well. Ambivalent abiout City West - individual meet and greet but in a pokey "lounge" and a bit "hi and goodbye" sometimes.

The rooms:
Having got this far I expect the room to be clean and comfortable with real linen on the bed, clean shower with shower gel (not soap please), carpet on the floor and a couple of towels.

After all that, the measure of any house is the girls. If they aren't up to scratch, attractive, friendly and at least trying to look interested in being chosen no amount of fancy decor is going to help. (I didn't go there to admire the furniture, did I ;)?

is a horror especially if she is chewing gum etc just to add to the

Intersting thread and good to know for us as well what makes a good atmosphere for our clients. At the end of the day we want to present ourselves and the establishment we might be working in as attractive as possible.
A nice classy and welcoming working environment goes hand in hand with a welcoming group of W/Ls......well.....or so I hope :)

Now lets think about this , what is more important a mobile phone or sex worker safety.

In the last week two WL,s have been found dead in the street, Langtrees have been robed twice in the last 3 months, and some Dickhead is running around Perth raping Asian private's . my advice would be to report every offense, Cop,s or industry self help groups. But if not stand by for more of the same treatment
 
SouthsideX and Pickwood Lodge have a good atmosphere.
They both also provide information via Twitter of the girls that have arrived for a shift.
Saves clients the calls and saves the receptionist reading out the list a 100 or more times.

Privacy is my go, Caseys measure up well, the showers and rooms are as good as I have seen anywhere, and the girls are called in one or two at atime to the lounge.
Parking can be a bit of a drame during buisness hours though, but a bit of a walk doesn't do any harm.
 
I think that you need to have several contributig and "working" areas to running a brothel...absolutely the girls are paramount...not just beautiful but diverse in age, size etc..They also must be able to provide atmosphere to the place, good energy and persoanlity are a must...can make a differencce to walking in and all the girls are non chalantly lazing around...if the vibe is up beat, happy...people are attraacted to that!

The decor and design of the building is also equally essential....why are so many of the brothels so dated?? I would as a punter want to walk in somewhere that was classy, upmarket and well interior designed....

I think that the open lounge area although fab and works I believe there should be a couple of booths to create privacy for a customer if wanted more private chat with ladies.

Rooms...again I find are basic and dated....any brothel still folding towels on bed (ie like fan) should STOP...it screams tacky 80's brothel and rooms should be presented with more class trend and functionality....Mirrors...as mnay as poss and art (I have a firend who takes great to B&D, Adult photos....as do many others....classy art should adorn walls. Themed rooms are great but they need to stick to theme/follow through and dont have to be ususal tacky ones they all select :)

The cleanliness & class of place is representation on cleanliness and class of girls...xxx
