I used to meditate all the time but for some silly reason I stopped.
I have now started again,,more grounding myself than meditation. I mentally push negative energies out of my body, ask for my protective entities to guide me and wrap myself in a protective bubble. I actually started this last week during a Reiki massage I received in Darwin (from the lovely Natasha, I will be starting a thread on this shortly on the Darwin Forum). The benefits were instantaneous and the clarity I had has already been greatly beneficial to me. I now do this daily.
