I thought I would share my experience over in the ACT and Sydney …..


The flight was the flight from hell… The baby in front of me did not stop screaming from the moment it got onto the plane until it left the plane as I am a mother of 4 kids. I found this very frustrating as I would always walk my kids on the plane to have consideration for others however this mother did not have the same thoughts as I so the sleep I most needed was gone….


I arrived into Canberra a little worse for wear … I was taken straight over to the Langtrees of Canberra which was I very excited to see.. Once I arrived I was amazed at how much it had changed since Maryanne and myself looked at it last year and could see why Maryanne was so excited but also stressed. It was totally different, not only had she changed the old VIP Lounge but also had taken over the whole top floor so this isn’t an easy renovation. This would have made the block shake in their boots…. I could see we would struggle to have this even close to being ready for the next day. To think I thought it was going to be like a holiday, wow how wrong…….


So after having a quick look around Maryanne announces that we need to go to Kmart (mind you this is at 12.30am) so off we go…. We park near the front door, however, after 1am this door gets locked so we are now lost and can’t get back to the car as this is a big Westfield shopping centre and as you could imagine neither of us knows this shopping centre at all… So after walking for all most 1 hour we find the car …. But let me tell you there where some choice words to be had by both by 2.30am .. lol… I am sure we looked homeless with our trolleys full walking along the main road of I still have no idea what suburb….


We head back to Langtrees unpack then head home for a few hours sleep….


Monday was a manic day trying to clean and organise at least half of Langtrees for the soft opening …..


I don’t think I have scrubbed so many floors … The tiles had plaster all over them …. The more I vacuumed the more the tradesman walked the dust in…. The painters where still going mad painting and the doors, which I must say are beautiful, were still getting hung …. Every where I would stand I managed to find a leak where the new air con had just been installed… It was nice to see rain coming from Perth but just not on this day….. Leigh was running left then right and Maryanne was on full speed as always….


Believe it or not with all the team we made Langtrees of Canberra look as Maryanne had dreamt about for the last 3 months…..


The soft opening was very quiet more because we were all to exhausted, however we made it….


Clients and friends came and enjoyed the beauty I must say the oldest customers were over 70 years old and they are a couple so I knew then Canberra was a very horny place…

I was hoping for a BETTER TURN OUT OUR FIRST NIGHT, BUT MUST SAY I AND THE LADIES ARE VERY PLEASED WITH the whole week turn out.We have achieved half the long term budget in out first 6 days, and the clients we are attracting are happy, and enjoying the Langtrees, home away from home feeling.
Already have 10 regulars that have visited more than once in the first 6 days.Lots of extensions and already three special requests.
 
Liquid soap installed in every shower and hand basin yesterday, it was my bad, expected the suppliers would carry stock, but had to order and wait 5 days for them to arrive.
Private intro is available, will have signs up this week, so clients wishing private intro's can ask, and be taken to the room we keep available.Private intro new to me, so I did keep one poor gentleman waiting 15 minutes the other night, as i had forgotten about him.
After the first private intro, and organizing 6 ladies, I have decided I will only private intro 2 ladies, maximum of 2 minutes each. The client can see who is available on the website, and discuss with me his type of lady.I like the way langtrees lounge system works, understand the need for privacy, but once we have full roster of 12 ladies working, i am not going to round them all up, instead he can tell me his preference, and I will choose two that he can choose from.
When i have time I will get a ipad and then he can scroll through photos of the ladies available that night, this should keep most happy.
Thanks for the review, and would like you to start a thread in the langtrees board, suggestions from clients/guests, as the more brains working together the quicker I will get all the little jobs done.
Sue I planted the lucky plant cuttings today, and look forward to seeing them flourish, i will always treasure them as a special gift from you.

First impressions were good. A well appointed bar & lounge/meeting area greats you as you reach the top of the stairs. Madam Mary-Anne was home resting, so Madam Leigh sorted out the voucher, grabbed me a beer & left me with the lovely Olivia Grace to settle in, relax & meet the ladies.

Olivia was joined by Shanice & Christina, both lovely girls also. By then though I'd already made a connection with Olivia, who was both beautiful & a pleasure to talk to.

The room she took me to was amazing. A room built for sin, but with class. Quality fittings, a luxury bathroom & a bed so big that I could have fit all 3 girls on there with me (now there's a thought! ).

My time with Olivia was great. More pleasant conversation flowed easily & when things got physical she did not disappoint at all. Olivia is a beautiful girl with a smoking hot body & there's no "wham, bam & out the door" here like there is at other places in Canberra. Things seemed much less forced or faked with Olivia & although I may not be porn star material, she did seem to be enjoying herself also.

More chatting followed before sadly my time was up & it was back into the shower before exchanging goodbyes & skipping down the stairs a happy man.

Top marks Langtrees & Olivia! I know I'll be back again.

For those who dont know, Langtrees is open in mitchell above sinsations. The place is still going through renovations, however this isnt a problem as the renovations part doesnt impact on business. Charlotte took me around the brothel and i was very impressed. This is the sort of 5 star establishment lost when the gents club closed down. It wouldnt be out of place with the 5 star establishments in sydney and melbpurne. Once it is finished it will be one of Australias best brothels. It has a bar area where you can relax and have drinks if that takes your fancy. However i suspect you will eventually be tempted by the girls

There were 3 girls working on the night. Charlotte Moore, Cleo Patra and Amy Moss. Honestly i could have chosen any girl, as they were all attractive and lovely. Because i felt like a blonde and she was so nice showing me around i went with Charlotte. But i will be back to see the other girls. Now Langtrees doesnt have a intro room so you meet the girls near the bar area. Honestly i would prefer a private intro room, especially as i suspect people of canberra would want that Maybe its part of the renos. There were two rooms available (they were similar to old VIP lounge). My only problem with the room was there was no liquid soap in the dispenser in the shower. I really dont wanna use soap other men have used.

Charlotte was great fun and easy to talk to. The sex was fun (i really dont like describing sex) however if you choose her you should have a great time.

Price was $450 for the hour or $300 for half an hour. I will say that is pricey for the Canberra region, but you get what you pay for. It will be interesting to see if the pricing will fit the canberra market. Note also drinks you buy at the bar cost money too.

Langtrees is a positive addition to the canberra market. If they can keep the quality of girls high, im sure they will have success in the canberra market.

well i guess all the tourist things like war memorial, parliament house, national gallery, national musuem etc then you can do shopping in the city at the canberra center - canberra even has a zara now lol. also around the lake is nice this time of year. there are plenty of restaurants and bars in the city or kingston.

i just saw jamie oliver in his resturant in the city .. so you can check him out too if you want.

Thanks so much for the tips:) was lucky enough to be shown around some of Canberra in the last few nights. I haven't had much of a chance to explore in the day yet but it's good to know the shopping is good hahaha!! Jamie Oliver's restaurant will be a must!!
I'm sure I will become very well acquainted in the next few months!!
I love exploring new places!! Gives me such a buzz... I will always be a bit of a gypsy:) x

im proud to be the first review of Langtrees.. espically as Langtrees were nice enough to give me $200 credit when i won the forum comp.

im sure ill enjoy my next visits and the ones after that :-). i cant wait to the spa/sauna area is open.

honestly i knew the soap thing would be fixed as the dispensers were in the showers, just empty. glad you are onto it.

the more i think about the intro room, the more it probably doesnt worry me. (i dont have a wife so dont care if people recognise me ). plus i had a nice time talking to the girls. Its the same set up as in melbourne for boardroom and others. that ive been too. however i think canberra men in general are conservative and canberra is like a small country town. so privacy for some men will be important.

the ipad idea is great. and the manager on duty giving advice will be great as well. the lounge idea is great idea (espically in winter near the fireplace area)

If you want a private introduction please just ask reception as we can take you to a private room and bring the ladies to meet you.....
We will always have the best Ladies so don't fear .... They are well worth the money ...

Never DD!! It's just so much easier for me to come to Canberra for the weekends.
I'll still be coming to Perth on my uni breaks:) I'll be back at the end of May to terrorise you all haha:p
 
I would agree prices are bit on higher end for Canberra but some of us won't mind paying if quality of girls on offer is good

Quality over quantity;) once you see the place and the girls you will see why. There is nothing else even close to this calibre in Canberra. Hopefully others follow suit and it creates a new standard for Canberra. Maryanne is making sure everything is the best of the best.

i agree quality over quantity. id rather spend more money on a high quality girl - smart, attractive and fun - then less money on a lower quality girl. you get what you pay for.
