Because advertiser is a promoter for all those escorts on telegram and he/she gets something out of it. Seems very true. Contacted one through there and wanted ‘a deal’ for what service and price I offered her. Let’s just say I didn’t take her up in the ‘deal’. She then asked me to purchase content from her. I politely declined that also.
