Call me a white knight, I don't care, but I find this thread reinforces a stereotype that WL are untrustworthy individuals who will take advantage, and my anecdotal experience has been the complete opposite, I have mostly found them to be hard working, honest and more trustworthy than a hell of a lot of professions that we place trust in, politicians, business leaders, lawyers, financial planners, stockbrokers to name a few. Some of these are the real crooks in society. Also the precautions that are described here, well you should take the same precautions anywhere you go, say going to the gym, it would be good advice to take minimal valuables and may even hire a locker, because guess what, there is a good chance that a member of the public may rip you off. I don't really see a direct relationship between WLs and them ripping off your wallet etc ....I think if you consider it carefully you realize this could and does happen anywhere.

ABSOLUTELY !! HEAR HEAR

ha ha, that's true, i would never take my wallet if i visited a politicians, business leaders, lawyers, financial planners, or stockbroker.
but seriously for me, it's more about all the info in my wallet like credit cards, driving licence, security cards etc.
in the early days i went to some dodgy places, and TBH, i don't think it would happen these days where i visit, but you never know.
i would hate to think someone was rifling through my wallet while i was in the shower.

I always take my wallet, you never know you might want an extra and like to be prepared. Have never had any problem, but in saying that, the places i go have a shower in the room and i always have my cloths on top so there wouldn't be any chance of taking anything without been caught.

I completely agree with your comments and my OP was certainly not meant to imply that WL’s in any way should be singled out as more likely to be dishonest than any other member of society. In fact, I have great empathy for the way they place themselves in such a vulnerable situation with an unknown client and I for one have a great respect for them in doing that.
Like most commenters here, I’ve usually taken standard precautions with the security of my personal possessions in all situations and my respectful and trusting personality caught me out on this occasion like it could in any other situation.
I have since made a return visit to the WL in question, did not mention the original issue but took the standard approach to the security of my personal belongings before going in and had a good service provided.

While I fully agree with Helsinkifin, let me point out that I don't leave anything in temptation's way when I deal with politicians, business leaders, lawyers (especially), financial planners, stockbrokers, etc.
If I plan to take my pants off when in company with any of them I always leave my wallet at home !

I had Kamagra jelly and few other enhancement pills/supplements offered to me at the Adult Shop at Innaloo the other day. The lady there recommended one that is very similar to a Berroca in that you dissolve it in water. Not cheap though at over $100 for a small tube of them.

Maybe actually read the post?? Dumb comment :banghead:

I have read all your posts Mojito and it go like this ,

You you visited a budget priced WL who gave a good service but you think but are not sure that she lifted $50 from your wallet, posted this little episode on the forum then went back and saw the same WL because she was good value.

Maybe you should have given this girl a $50 tip upon leaving and said have another 50 while looking her in the eye.
