Ok, so if these photos are 1,000,000% really the person, can I pay for the service with the same factor? that means if they are not the person in the photo, the cost for one hour is 17 cents

all you can get in the CBD is a head job in every doorway under the smelly banker guarenteed no teeth .
better to just stay away from the rat infested city centre find something clean and tidy in the suburbs .
the city is the pits. all businesses are vacating as quick as they can .
West Perth is a desert .

Sadly Meth has wrecked the place. I remember visiting the city as a boy and it was a wonderful day out. Great memories.....now it's a no go zone.
