It's not Maddington ... it's located at the Corfield Shopping Centre, 17/292 Corfield St, Gosnells.

... and by the looks of an expired Locanto ad, the girls at this shop are quite possibly very naughty :

Whilst on the subject of Gosnells, I see that the AMP Map has Gosnells Massage Therapy's address listed as 2288 Albany Hwy, Gosnells ... that, in fact, is the street address for the local Good Sammy's op shop !

You'll find Gosnells Massage Therapy just south of Good Sammy's (separated by a Lovers Adult Store), at 5/2300 Albany Hwy, Gosnells :

... and one final mention for Gosnells ... many years ago I used to frequent Sakai Oriental Massage, just off Albany Hwy, at 1/6 Fremantle Rd, Gosnells (opposite the Gosnells Hotel and Gosnells Railway Markets) ... and more or less just a stone's throw over the rooftops from nearby Sakura Massage !

Although I haven't been there in years, I know the business still exists, and probably deserves inclusion on the AMPs Map.

It most certainly does. The building directly behind Sakura along Fremantle road. :D

I have not checked the map, but there is another AMP along Albany Highway (on the eastern side) not far south of an op shop. Should be still there.

There are actually 2 more massage places up the road in Kelmscott. One is on the left heading towards Armadale. It never advertises so I stuck my head in about a year ago. Seems to be run by one oldish (50s) skinny asian. Out of courtesy I did a half hr massage (which was actually pretty good) and declined the extras. There is another one that I got added to the map, which is up in a small block practically opposite the Brookton highway turning. I've done an FS there when it first opened about 18 months ago but have never bothered going back.
 
I got thinking about this today (when should have been thinking about far more enjoyable things). Did a random punt (i'll review elsewhere later) but the thing that got me once again were the terrible acoustics. Ceilings didnt reach the roof and you could hear everything. They were trying to mask it by turning up the music but that irritated me more. So i'm thinking its becoming a deal breaker for me and i'm starting to write off certain amps. Anyone else get annoyed by this?

My bad, i was thinking of two things at once. Meant gosnells not maddington

Probably common knowledge, but check who the advertiser is on locanto ads. Could save yourself some trouble.
Perfect example: advertiser "shinjuku" has a few ads up at the moment all claiming to be different people.
They are all the same the person/woman and a bait + switch operation.

Service is sub par... no ass, pussy is extremely tight though.

I wouldn't say it was a deal-breaker for me, although most AMPs do seem to have poor sound insulation. Even the ones which have spent big on refurbishment, you can still hear what's going on from the foyer, though generally not from the rooms.
