Seems to have good reviews on facebook. Googling her name brings up an instagram page with some very nice pics, but can't confirm if this is the same person. Definitely worth a try.
 
Her add says strictly no sexual massage.

I know some say non sexual service because they have to. Otherwise their massage adds dont get approved. But i wonder any of the ones that say "strictly" actually still might provide extras?

That and I also notice she uses her full name as gumtree user handle and the link to her Facebook page is on the ad. Seems a bit public for someone if they were offering more. Could be wrong but I won’t be giving it a go.

for my part I had a really good quality massage .. opted for 90min , which is $90 .. well worth it

But u r the one to ask about extras :). How un~legit do u mean when you say Diane is "not strictly legit" am looking at doing a booking and some Intel b4 will go down well.
