It's a Japanese airline. I either suspected that they already had short skirts or knowing that this is a country which has vending machines selling women used panties- short skirts really???? :rolleyes:
 
At least they don't make the hostess wear these used panties, I hope not. It'll then be a Fetish Airline for that certain gentlemen.
