An lot of the photos are fake. You can use software called Tineye and it searches the web for matching photos. Also some photos are extensively touched up or out of date so the girl does not look as good in the flesh.
It is a punt but I usually say when making the booking "what happens if I get there and you are not my type, is it a problem if I cancel the booking?"
If they say no problem then the girl cannot complain if you arrive or if she arrives and you do not like the look of her.
Of course some do complain that you have wasted their time but if they use false photos then they have no justification.
 
Girls with their own websites usually won't have fake photos, but yeah, often photos are touched up. I personally leave the photo-shopping at cropping and adjusting the contrasts. And feel free to run my images through the Tineye site, mine are perfectly legit.

Good luck finding accommodation in Port Headland.

Well, if they want to meet and talk to a girl personally before they book her, then they need to go to a parlor. Booking off an online ad is not the way for those people. And I certainly would not meet someone for free so they could have the chance to decide, if they want to meet with me they pay my minimum fee. Simple really.

David, one of things you can do is try asking on forums such as these for feedbacks or do your own search for reviews etc. Poor reviews about services etc aside, you'll get a pretty good impression of whether the pics are genuine or not. Regarding chemistry - you can make your own call as to whether there is chemistry there or not and a lot of it will come down to your own attitude and how relaxed you are etc..
