Theres a little cinema right next to the entrance for the peep show. Basically the way its describe in this thread is exactly how it is. Small theater that holds about 30 people. However mainly older guys go in there. I am yet to even come across a female within the theater.

Upstairs is a total different place called the ram lounge. Just reserved to homosexual men.

Yes and no, the laws are a little gray.

I have been told (but have not been able to confirm) that porn can only be created in the ACT - but there are several companies that make porn around Australia.

Distributing porn is a bit harder (no pun intended), as most people aren't overly impressed by what can be allowed in R18+ movies anymore (available anywhere) and there are (supposedly) only limited places where one can purchase X rated porn (although you can get it from almost any adult shop).

On-line it's a bit easier and a bit harder, in that most website hosts have it in their terms and conditions that they won't host "objectionable content". This is a nice vague term so that they can take your money and if your site does not use much resources then it is allowed, but if you use a lot of resources then they can ban your site for having "objectionable content" (with no refund of course). You can create, but can't distribute or posses RC rated material (RC means "refused classification" which effectively means "banned").

There are a number of adult-specific hosts around (but not in Australia), or you can set up a dedicated server (a better idea anyway, but more expensive).
