It's a minefield that you need to tread carefully through. You can either set yourself up as Alecia said or you can perform for someone else, in which case you may find this interesting, or not.
If you do want to get yourself set up, then I can help you get up and running. You don't need much, but you do need a bit of capital up front to get started (a domain, some hosting, a halfway decent camera, some lights, a nice microphone).
The key would be to present something that the average visitor would find interesting enough to fork out their money for. There are all sorts of little niche ideas that there may be a demand for (great if there is some particular kink you are interested in, could be really horrible if it is something you don't like).
Oh, and if you set yourself up to work on your own, you'll also need an ABN (yes, you'll have to pay tax). On the plus side, costs can be tax deductible (such as toys and outfits or whatever else you are using to run the business).
