Women 'twerking' outside City Hall arrested

To play devils advocate,

They were arrested for urinating in public, flashing and possession of three different illegal drugs,it appears to me that the twerking did nothing more than draw attention to themselves. I'm pretty sure that's the point of twerking.

In a civilised society, I would hope that three junkies driving around the city exposing themselves would be arrested, but that's just me.
 
Sorry but have to agree with Reggie. If in the guise of twerking people expose themselves and pee in public and possibly as high as kites what else can they expect If they were only Twerking Im sure even in the USA they would have just laughed at their antics
