Women are Better Managers???

Personally I've found that women generally have a greater social intelligence and people skills than men, which makes them great in management. Correct me if I'm wrong Sue/Maryanne, but in this state it is required by law for a woman to manage any parlour, and I don't think a man would have the insight required for the job.

It was proved women better drivers and better investors, as well.
Don't know who proved that 1, will agree about Investors and management sort of, but not about WOMEN drivers, if they are better why are they not racing in the V8'S ect, yeah some do but i have never seen 1 win a championship ect, Yeah your talking about road drivers but i still disagree, 100%, not saying there are not good women drivers but i have seen to many that don't know how to drive, period, like the 1 the other day in her brand new sports car that just pulled out in front of me, oh that's ok you got a new car, should of cleaned her up,she would of been at fault, lucky that i didn't.. Also Kitty your right about the law but your not right about a guy managing a Parlour,, read my post about it..

Can't remember lol, i think the one about Women being better managers, something like that..I will find it.. Same post page 1 lol
Fair enough, I'm sure there are men out there who have or currently manage parlours, and are successful. If they have been around the industry for long enough then it may be a different matter, unfortunately I haven't had the pleasure of meeting any due to the legality here in WA. There are so many issues that a manager is confronted with; the ladies and their various issues, the clients, the safety issues, the discretion and sensitivity required, advertising, the day-to-day drama that is unique to the industry as well as running a viable business. For someone who has never worked as an escort personally, it would be a real challenge to relate to and deal with appropriately. All too often girls are sent into unsafe situations, simply because the staff behind the scenes don't know the right questions to ask, or the warning signs of trouble. (This is not aimed at Langtrees in particular, but drawn from accounts from escorts all over the world, as well as personal experience). x

Yeah i agree, it would be hard, though he has been around forever and a day, though as i said his wife runs it anyhow, (because of law) I will be the first to admit i would rather see a Lady in reception any day, (that's just how i feel though), though it can be done by guys with the right attitude. The job is hard enough, not getting along with the Manager Owner only makes it harder..

When equality catches up and racing vehicles is no longer considered only a job for men you'll probably see more female racers :)

Punting is something I do not wish to share with a male madame:vomit:

Any particular reason? After all, you are there to see the ladies, not the management?

Just some thing I think woman would understand hard wired type thing .

off the subject but the same thing men in general have no problem levying their loved women behind them with semen squirted up and over them . but we dont slime our mates

Fair go Most of em were fat plumber crack types in dirty blue singlets, Roche
I unlike you seem to have standards Not very high standards Granted But standards
you should try one of them dearest........you don't know what you are missing..........;)

I think Women are much better at Multitasking a key skill for any good manager

xoxox
Natalie Jones
Yes, women are much better at multitasking, but research shows clearly that focus is finite. This means that although women can devote focus to a number of tasks, the total focus is divided between those tasks, not increased.

Bottom line is that while you are putting on makeup in the rear view mirror while you are driving, your chances of crashing are increased.

More than one thing can be done, but nowhere near as well, or as safe.

I've never had an engaging manageress...I had a manageress before, I would be scarred for life if she was very engaging...

Some Interesting points everyone has raised.
As a Male Manager in the Adult Industry (Langtrees of Canberra General Manager) for those who don't know,
I see my fair share of challenges and issues faced with the day to day operation of a brothel.

Ladies can tend to use emotions on men, where as other ladies see through this. A skill set that's
very hard to learn who is genuine and who is not. (One I'm having to learn very quickly)

Male clients tend to enjoy a casual banter with a fellow bloke. The amount of times I get asked personally
for a request of who to choose. I can only go on feedback from my clients, as I'll happily boast in the 10 or so years I've worked on and off with Mary-Anne, and the 200 - 400 girls I've met, i've never seen a working lady, nor intend to... It's not that I haven't wanted to because trust me, sometimes I have, but It's about maintaining professionalism and respect. Have we all heard the saying "Dont Fish of the company wharf"

Male managers NEED to be supported by a strong female 2IC. As men, we struggle to multitask sometimes, and we do need a female who is Tidy, and strong to cover our shortfalls, after all we're only blokes !!! The perfect female 2IC, does the required legwork, covers your ass and makes sure she does not step on your toes. This is in every industry not just the Adult Industry.

I like to be FAIR as a manager. I'd never ask someone to do something I wouldn't be happy to do myself. I've never forced one of my girls to see a client they haven't wanted to see, and always look after my girls who in turn look after our business and the business's best interests. Ask most of the ladies in Canberra who have worked with me and they'll say I'm Fair. Occasionally I will turn the music up real loud and force everyone to get up and dance when it's quiet, BUT we always end up sending out positive vibes and lifting the atmosphere which in turn brings in the clients !!!! -

I'm happy to share with members any questions they may have about the industry as a male manager, so Ask Away. - By the Way @Madam Jacqueline - you never answered your own Questions..... **Careful how you answer you have to work with me tonight :P** hehehe

A!

Sorry Roche I just dont like fat female plumbers wearing blue singlets and those specially designed plumber crack shorts

As I said they may be low ,but I have standards

Imagine how piss poor the wars would have been over the millenia If women were the Generals

"Lets sit down and talk this through"

The Hundred years war would have been a misunderstanding settled over Tea and biscuits Pathetic

:oops::oops:;)
Yeah, but with intense negotiations every 28 days ;)
