I disagree men can be as good or even better than a woman managing a brothel Aaron has taken over the madam role in Canberra and he is doing a great job.
Yeah well that role would definitely be worth it, i was more talking about women running a household, ect.. Yeah i know the guy that owns the one in Naval Base but it is still under his wife's name as the WA law doesn't permit it, unless it has changed?

Maryanne and Sue....now that's intimidating LOL......luvya ladies!

RB
nah i don't think so unless you piss Maryanne off, then you might see her fire up, lol Just takes RESPECT, like to any other Woman including Sue..

Yes I am sure. If you meet Saddam face to face, you wouldn't accuse him of hiding Weapons of Mass destruction. You would either call him a bastard or ask him, is it you or is he happy to see you?
The line wouldn't be the the same Homer
" Is that a canister of nerve gas in your pocket?
Or are you just happy to see me?"

I like this.......

Its a proven FACT by research companies.
Whilst i understand that you are relying on research data, there are still sufficient successful male investors and poor women drivers. Research data takes a sample and then applies it to the mass which in reality is a guess. All research is carried out that way, because the only proven data is 100% records of everybody. With that said, you are entitled to your opinion

Leaders should also know that female managers themselves tend to be more engaged than male managers. Gallup finds that 41% of female managers are engaged at work, compared with 35% of male managers. In fact, female managers of every working-age generation are more engaged than their male counterparts, regardless of whether they have children in their household. These findings have profound implications for the workplace. If female managers, on average, are more engaged than male managers, it stands to reason that they are likely to contribute more to their organization’s current and future success.( There is prove)

Fair go Most of em were fat plumber crack types in dirty blue singlets, Roche
I unlike you seem to have standards Not very high standards Granted But standards

I don't think it is about being Male or Female or an industry... It is about who can cope with a management role and all the tasks that come with it and not stress completely out esp under pressure!
