That's the best one so far Viv. I think all these gems should be moved and saved into a single page or sticky
 
At the moment, i am surrounded by liars .....
therefore I quote this saying....

The essence of lying is in deception, not in words:
a lie may be told by silence, by equivocation, by the accent on a syllable,
by a glance of the eye attaching a peculiar significance to a sentence,
& all these kind of lies are worse and baser by many degrees
than a lie plainly worded:
so that no form of blinded conscience is so far sunk
as that which comforts itself for having deceived
because the deception was by gesture or silence,instead of utterance!

Totally immerse and commit to maintaining a state that feels good for a while setting all other priorities aside. This state becomes automatic.

Then watch what happens after a while. ........

After all, you might getaway without responsibilities and obligations ( parents, kids etc..) in life but you will never getaway from consequences for avoiding your responsibilities. ( My thoughts)
