Sadly, the porno pics and vids do not show dams in use at all. Condoms occasionally in porno pics and vids but the old "Shower in a rain coat" is a common reaction to the use of a dam. Condoms have recently been advertised as "Thin" so maybe a thin dam may be next.

Interesting article Chanelle.. I working in Perth have never been asked for a health certificate. I know in Melbourne they ask for certificates every 2 months....
We're not worried about DYING from a sexual disease. But catching an STD can leave serious scarring in your reproductive organs and cause other problems like PID (pelvic inflammatory disease) . So I'm sure the amount of sex workers dying from aids is quite low, but we need to be more aware of the bacterial infections too. Not just the viruses.

This has been a quite interesting thread to read.
Some establishments in Perth actually still require med certificate every 3 or so months - just not all of them.
I personally do not like going to sexual health centres - something about the place just irks me. I usually have my own GP where I do my checkups every 2 months.
As for natural services, that is a definite no no from me but usually I would just explain to them about the hygiene issue and "if she does that for you, what makes you think other people do not get it too" and " would you be comfortable knowing that you are actually putting your own health at risk even if it is by a long shot?"
If they are sensible enough then they would understand, though I have on occasions, refuse to see people who are being pushy about it.

Its a sad comment that the Gps (Good Punters?) seem oblivious of the health risks and the W/L aware but reluctantly willing to provide a less than desirable service. It's not illegal to have a parlour/brothel on the Gold Coast or anywhere in Qld and you are correct the zoning comes into place and must be inudustrial and so far from schools and churches etc but it is illegal to have an escort agency and also illegal to have an escort agency based in NSW (or anywhere for that matter) and escort ladies over the Qld boarder.
