why do we men feel embarrassed of our ED

Why do we men feel embarrassed to reveal our ED problems. Not everyone though.. but some men. Just like a car is taken to a workshop for maintenance, our body too has a lot of organs and it needs care. What do you guys have to say about this?
 
E.D should not be a problem today.... as it once was... as there are now a number of medications to deal with it.... Any one suffering with this problem should NOT feel embarrassed...rather they should go consult a specialist on the subject.
